Lisa Frank: The High Priestess of Art

The most prolific and influential artist of the last 25 years hasn't exhibited at the MoMA, or even been written about in Art Forum. But with the massive amounts of rainbow-colored folders, backpacks, binders and stickers she's produced, Lisa Frank's influence on a generation of 90s kids is MONUMENTAL. In an age where the "official" art world operates in self-constructed, climate controlled bubble, its influence on the general population is slim at best.
